What issues are you experiencing?
Do you take walk-in patients?

Our first step for any new patient is to have you come in for a thorough consultation and three-part neurological evaluation to determine if you are a good candidate for care in our office and to see how we can best serve you. Dr. Norris will sit down with you on your fit visit, review your health history and the results of neurological evaluation and discuss further recommendations if he thinks he can help you, and if for any reason he does not think he can help, he will also let you know and try to find a better solution for you.

Do the adjustments hurt?

No! Dr. Norris uses drop tables for his adjustments. These tables move with your body and absorb all the force of the adjustment, allowing Dr. Norris to realign one bone at a time without the need for any twisting, cracking or popping. It is normal to feel some mild soreness during the first phase of care since the muscles are relearning how to be used properly, almost like a new exercise or workout routine would do.

Do you take insurance?

We do not directly accept insurance BUT what we can do is give you an itemized receipt of all the services received in our office. Depending on your coverage and specific plan, you can submit this itemized receipt to your insurance and get reimbursed directly. This cuts us out as the middleman and allows us to keep our prices low and transparent. All services are also HSA and FSA-approved.

What is a neurological evaluation?

We use a three-part neurological evaluation on the first visit to see how your nervous system is functioning which gives insight into the cause of your health concerns. This three-part process helps us to determine if you are a good candidate for neurologically-based care. The three pieces of technology that we use are thermography, surface electromyography, and heart rate variability. This is a non-invasive way to evaluate the function of your nervous system and see if it could be related to your health condition(s).

Do I have to take X-Rays?

To see is to know, not to see is to guess! Dr. Norris would never want to guess about your health. Based on the results of your three-part neurological evaluation, if you are a good candidate for his type of care Dr. Norris will recommend that you take x-rays so that he can best target the misalignment(s) that are causing your problems. Dr. Norris takes several x-rays that are much different than you would get from a medical doctor and most chiropractors as well.

Is care affordable for the average person?

Yes! We never want cost to be a barrier to getting the care that you need. We offer a variety of payment options that allow almost anyone to afford care in our office. Want to bring your whole family? We have specialized payment plans to make it EVEN MORE affordable for the whole family to get care.

Do you take care of kids?

Yes! Dr. Norris uses such gentle adjustments that they are even safe for newborns. He adjusted his daughter, Scottie, when she was just 15 minutes old! Chiropractic has been proven to be effective in helping children with a variety of conditions – from ear infections and colic to bed-wetting and sensory disorders. Check out our blogs or come in for a no-pressure consultation to learn more about the conditions that we help with.
